*Scope of Services:* D3 Fusions offers website design and development services to clients in Kolkata and beyond. Our services include custom website design, e-commerce development, website maintenance, and more.

*Commencement of Work:* Work on a client's website will begin upon receipt of a signed contract or agreement and any required initial payment.

*Client Responsibilities:* Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and feedback required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.

*Intellectual Property:* D3 Fusions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the website design and development until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the website will be transferred to the client.

*Revisions:* Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

*Payment Terms:* Payment terms are as follows:

- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is due upon signing the contract.

- 30% of the total project cost is due upon completion of [specific milestone].

- The remaining 40% of the total project cost is due upon final delivery of the completed website.

- Payments are to be made via [accepted payment methods] within 10 days of invoice issuance.

*Late Payments:* Any payments not received within the specified timeframe will incur a late fee of [X]% per week until the outstanding balance is settled.

*Cancellation:* In the event of project cancellation by the client, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable, and D3 Fusions retains ownership of all completed work.

*Liability:* D3 Fusions is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the completed website.

*Jurisdiction:* Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
